Workshop:
Multistakeholder workshops have been effectively conducted in both Begusarai and Dharashiv, beginning with inception workshops that involved all key stakeholders such as local farmers, government representatives, and agricultural experts. These initial sessions laid the foundation for collaborative planning on climate-resilient agroforestry interventions and sustainable livelihood strategies tailored to each district's unique agricultural context. After a year of project implementation, review workshops were held in the same inclusive format to assess progress, share lessons learned, and recalibrate strategies as needed. The workshops in partnership with the respective Departments of Agriculture, successfully reinforced stakeholder engagement and enhanced the collective capacity to address climate challenges through locally grounded, adaptive agricultural practices.
